Shipping & Delivery
Most of our products do not incur a delivery charge; however, if there is one, delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, factors beyond the control of Flower Shop may render these charges insufficient to cover the real-world cost of delivery. If this occurs, Flower Shop will contact you and advise you of the revised delivery charge prior to processing your order. You may then choose to accept the corrected charge, arrange an alternative delivery method with Flower Shop, or decline the order.
Same-day delivery can be arranged throughout all metropolitan cities in Australia on orders placed before 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone.

- Free delivery, if offered, applies only to online orders.
- If the recipient's address is outside our local delivery areas (listed above), the order will be forwarded to an Interflora florist in the recipient's area. If there is no Interflora florist available, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
- If forwarded to an Interflora florist, we act solely as a facilitator between the sender/customer and Interflora. (Customers using our service to send flowers through Interflora usually save on delivery and other charges.)
- Deliveries to remote areas may not be same-day guaranteed and/or may incur additional costs. In such cases, the order will be placed on hold and processed once the sender agrees to the delivery date and/or additional cost.
- For specific time deliveries, please order two days in advance. If we determine we cannot deliver at the requested time, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.
- Today's Special products are available only to the suburbs listed on the product page. Orders outside those suburbs will be cancelled and refunded.
Our Courier Delivery Procedures
- We will attempt to hand-deliver your order.
- If no one answers at the door, we will leave the order at the front door or in a safe spot. An SMS and photo will be sent to the recipient’s mobile number (if provided).
- If we cannot deliver (e.g., gated access), a re-delivery fee of $16.00 applies for each additional attempt.

Substitution Policy
Images on this site are guides only and may not exactly match the final product. Every natural flower stem is unique, and varieties differ depending on seasonal availability. Bulbs also bloom differently at various times of the year, and colour tones may vary. Spearwood Florist reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions based on the practical availability of flowers, items, and containers.
Returns & Replacements
We take our business seriously and don’t want poor quality or damaged goods to spoil your message. Our flowers are fresh and stored under refrigeration to ensure longevity. We stand by every bouquet, box arrangement, and floral product. If delivered flowers are damaged, wilted, or otherwise substandard, we will replace them with an equivalent or better arrangement.
To help us address concerns, please email a photo of the product to mail@spearwoodflorist.com.au within 24 hours of receipt.
Ordering
Offer to Purchase. By placing an order on this website you are offering to purchase selected products at the shown prices. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase for reasons including out-of-date pricing, inability to supply stock, or incorrect freight calculations. Where a problem occurs, we will contact you with options. We will not debit your credit card until we are satisfied we can supply your order at the agreed pricing. Processing your payment and shipping the goods indicates acceptance of your offer.

Payment
Our payment options are safe and secure. You can purchase with major credit cards like Visa and Mastercard, or PayPal. Credit card payments are processed via 128-bit SSL encryption to keep your details safe. We do not store your payment details.
Pricing
Flower Shop uses best endeavours to ensure pricing accuracy. Prices displayed are current at that point in time and may change without notice (e.g., sales or supplier changes). When price changes occur, they are updated on the website. Prices include GST and exclude freight and handling.
Promotions
Coupons/vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Where a physical coupon must be presented, only original vouchers are valid (reproductions are not accepted). The voucher must be surrendered at redemption.
Viewing Orders
If a product offered on the website requires you to open an account, you must complete registration by providing current, complete, and accurate information. You will then choose a username and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any and all activities that occur under your account. Floral Gifts & Gift Hampers with Alcohol/Liquor
The sale or supply of liquor together with flowers or a gift hamper delivered by Spearwood Florist/Flower Shop as a gift to a person other than the purchaser, vendor, or supplier can be performed provided that:
- The gift will be delivered between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm; and
- The recipient is at least 18 years of age; and
- The quantity of liquor sold or supplied is not more than two litres; and
- The gift is packaged so the recipient would be likely to know it was intended as a gift; and
- The value of the liquor and its container is not more than half of the purchase price of the gift.
