Flower Availability

At Spearwood Florist, we strive to fulfill every order with the utmost care and ensure the availability of the selected flowers. However, in the rare event that the flowers ordered are out of stock and no suitable substitution is available, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services.

Bouquet and Vase Orders

If a bouquet and a vase are ordered, and the vase is selected as an add-on, the items will be delivered as a bouquet alongside the vase (not arranged in the vase). If you would like the flowers to be arranged in a vase, please ensure you select an "arrangement in a vase" product when placing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase for whatever reason including out of date pricing, inability to supply stock, incorrect freight calculations. Flower Shop will at all times use our best endeavours to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate at any point in time. The prices that are displayed on our website at any point in time are only current at that particular point in time and we reserve the right to alter our prices at anytime without any notice being provided to you. This may occur for example when products are on sale or when prices may change for various reasons. When price changes do occur, they will be automatically updated on the website. At all times however, we can assure you it is our sincere intention to offer you the best price and value in Australia for our products. The prices indicated include GST and exclude freight and handling.

Promotions
For all coupons/vouchers used to redeem the offer the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Where the coupon must be presented to redeem offer, only original vouchers will be accepted as valid. The voucher is not valid if reproduced. The voucher must be surrendered at the time of redemption of offer.

Floral gifts and Gift Hampers with alcohol/liquor

The sale or supply of liquor together with flowers or a gift hamper to be delivered by Spearwood Florist/Flower Shop as a gift, to a person other than the purchaser, vendor or supplier can be performed provided that:

the gift will be delivered between 7am and 7pm; and
the person to whom the gift is delivered must be at least 18 years of age; and
the quantity of the liquor sold or supplied can not be more than two litres; and
the gift will be packaged so that the person to whom it is delivered would be likely to know that it was intended as a gift; and
the value of the liquor and its container can not be more than half of the purchase price of the gift.

Valentine's Day Notice:

Roses are imported and we already placed our orders for Valentine's Day. In the event there is any supply issues of roses, you will be advised and you will have the choice of either:

Substitute the flowers for the same value
Cancel the order and have a 100% refund

Stand/Easel Hire (Wreath Display)
A deposit is required. Your deposit will be fully refunded once the stand is returned to our shop at 2/455 Yangebup Rd, Cockburn Central WA 6164, in good condition, within 3 days of delivery.
We do not collect stands after use; customers are responsible for returning the stand.
