Substitution Policy

Images found on this site are used as guides only and may not be exactly the same as the final product. Spearwood Florist reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of flowers, items and containers.

Returns & Replacements

We take our business seriously. We don’t like poor quality or damaged goods spoiling your message of love. We have high professional standards and take considerable pride in the arrangements we send to your colleagues and loved ones. The flowers we use are fresh and stored under refrigeration to ensure their longevity on your table. We stand by every flower, bouquet and box arrangement sold. If the delivered flowers are damaged, wilted or in any other way substandard, we will replace those flowers with an equivalent or better arrangement. So that we can properly address your concerns about the flowers or gifts we have delivered for you, please email us a photo of the product to mail@spearwoodflorist.com.au within 24 hours of it being received.

Order Availability

At Spearwood Florist, we strive to fulfill every order with the utmost care and ensure the availability of the selected flowers. However, in the rare event that the flowers ordered are out of stock and no suitable substitution is available, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services.

Pet Safety – Lilies

Please note that lilies are toxic to pets, especially cats, and may be harmful if ingested or if pollen comes into contact with them. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any arrangements containing lilies are kept out of reach of pets and are purchased with due care. Spearwood Florist is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss resulting from pets coming into contact with lilies or other flowers in our arrangements.
