1) What should I write on the card?
Keep it simple and sincere. Examples:

Order by 1:00 pm (Mon–Fri) and 11:00 am (Sat) for same-day delivery. Need it earlier/later? Call (08) 9418 3532 — we’ll do our best.
3) Can you deliver to the office or apartment buildings?
Yes. Add clear instructions (reception hours, unit/buzzer, safe drop). If access isn’t possible, we’ll contact the recipient or re-schedule.
4) Are lilies okay if the family has pets or allergies?
If lilies aren’t suitable, we can design lily-free arrangements using roses, chrysanthemums, snapdragons, natives and textural foliage.
5) Should I choose a bouquet or a vase arrangement?
If the recipient may not have a vase ready, choose vase-in. Bouquets are perfect when you know a vase is available.
6) Can I add extras (card ribbon, chocolates, candle)?
Absolutely. We can print a ribbon on request and add small gifts. Tell us your preference at checkout or call to customise.
