1) What details do you need for a funeral delivery?
Full name of the deceased, venue/chapel, service date & start time, delivery contact, ribbon wording (if needed), and any cultural/placement requests. We’ll liaise with the venue/funeral director.
2) What are the cut-off times?
For morning services, please order the prior day (or call us by 9:30 am to discuss). For afternoon services, same-day is often possible—call (08) 9418 3532 so we can prioritise your order and confirm delivery windows.
3) Do you print ribbons and cards?
Yes. We offer white, cream or coloured ribbons with gold/silver/black text. Cards can include longer messages; we’ll format them tastefully.
4) Where do you deliver?
Across Perth, including Fremantle Cemetery, Karrakatta, Pinnaroo, and funeral homes such as Bowra & O’Dea, Seasons and Purslowe & Chipper. If your venue isn’t listed, just ask.
5) Where are flowers placed at the service?
Family casket sprays usually sit on the coffin; wreaths, hearts, crosses and sheaves are placed on stands or near the casket/lectern. We’ll follow the family’s wishes and venue guidance.
6) What if a specific flower isn’t available?
We use the freshest seasonal blooms and will maintain your chosen style and palette. If a key variety is unavailable, we’ll substitute with the closest match in look and sentiment.
