Gate Codes: If the property has an electronic gate, please include the access code in the “Order Notes.”
No Code? If no code is provided, we will call the recipient on arrival. We never leave flowers at roadside letterboxes unless explicitly instructed, as heat and dust can damage them. We always aim to place them safely on the verandah.
Dogs & Livestock

Safety First: Our drivers are trained to watch for loose animals on rural blocks. If there are guard dogs, please advise so we can arrange a safe drop-off point (for example, inside a designated gate box).
